We want you to love your White Fox items, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your order for a store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select Your Label

  Choose your preferred shipping method and download your prepaid return shipping label or generate a QR code for easy drop-off.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are removed and your new return label is clearly attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized post office or collection point and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
